How to Access Your Medical Records
Download the NHS App: If you haven't already, download the NHS App on your smartphone or tablet.
Log in or Sign Up: If you're a new user, you'll need to sign up. Existing users can log in using their NHS login credentials.
Navigate to Medical Records: Once logged in, navigate to the 'Medical Records' section to view your records.
