We're delighted to have you join our practice. As a new patient, there are a few essential steps to complete that will ensure we provide you with the best care possible:
- Download the NHS App and register an account: You will use this to order repeat prescriptions, and access your health record. If you don't have a smart phone you can use NHS Services.
- Create an Anima account: You can use your NHS login or create a separate account. This is our digital front door and the best way to contact us.

Opt-In to Patient Access to Records
- New Patient Blood Test: It's really helpful for us to get an up to date understanding of your health. You can collect your blood test form from reception.
- NHS Health Check: If you are aged between 40-75 you are entitled to a free NHS Health Check.
