It only takes a few minutes to create an account. If you do not create an account in advance you will need to do it when you next need to get in touch with us.
We would also encourage you to take this opportunity to download and register for the NHS App. If you are an iPhone user visit the App Store, Android users can visit the Play Store or you can register via the NHS App website.
What if I don't have access to the internet or a smartphone?
We know that there are a small number of our patients who will need to continue to call us when they need help. To make sure you will have the same access to our services our reception team will be able to help set up an account and submit requests on your behalf.
