You can access your medical records online through the NHS App. This new feature gives you the power to view your health information securely and conveniently.

How to Access Your Medical Records

Download the NHS App: If you haven't already, download the NHS App on your smartphone or tablet.

    Get it on Google Play

Log in or Sign Up: If you're a new user, you'll need to sign up. Existing users can log in using their NHS login credentials.
Navigate to Medical Records: Once logged in, navigate to the 'Medical Records' section to view your records.

The practice doctors are on call each day from 8.00am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Outside of these hours you will need to ring 111. 

Please only use the service if you feel your condition cannot wait until the next working day.
